He spends much of his time designing products which get produced in the shop. He loves creating in AutoDesk Fusion 360 then running whatever equipment needed to facilitate producing the project. Decades ago before diving into technology Brian was a carpenter/woodworker specializing in the restoration of antiquated structures.

Host for the weekly Monday evening ElectroFunk Workshop. Gopals group focuses on open source hardware such as Arduino, RaspberryPI along with custom built circuitry. Novices to advanced, adults, kids, enthusiasts at all levels welcome. Casual environment with no prerequisites required. Projects range from musical devices to duck house sensor monitoring. Gopal most often has co-hosts to assist in getting newcomers up and going.
